You will drive training, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, maintaining records, and leveraging AI tools and dashboards to monitor onboarding health and inform next steps.

• Identify onboarding risks and support resolution to maintain momentum.
• Track onboarding progress against milestones and success criteria.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and delivery artifacts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth handoffs to CS or Support.
• Contribute to onboarding process improvements and templates.
• Support AI-enabled practices and data-driven improvements.
