TogetherWork is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-impact customer initiatives across our Professional Services portfolio. You will own end-to-end delivery across multi-workstream programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with customer objectives and our strategic roadmap.

You will mentor Project Managers, elevate delivery maturity, and drive improvements in processes and tools while partnering with cross-functional teams in consulting, technical, data, and product

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional project management experience.
• Advanced expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical and financial acumen with attention to delivery economics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or high-risk customer projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcing models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, technical, data, and product functions.
• Ensure scope control, change management, and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, resourcing, and customer risks.
• Lead resolution of complex issues and drive recovery plans for at-risk projects.
