Job summary

Autonomize AI in Austin is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the delivery of client engagements in healthcare AI deployments. You will partner with Program and Delivery teams to manage plans, track milestones, and surface risks, ensuring on-time outcomes.

You’ll coordinate with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Customer Solutions groups, maintain project artifacts in Monday.com and JIRA, and advocate for clear ownership, timely decisions, and a professional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or a related role.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks early and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking with owners, due dates, and priorities.
• Prepare and communicate status updates and decisions to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project artifacts (JIRA, Monday.com) for execution.
• Support UAT planning and release readiness activities.
