Job summary

Togetherwork is seeking a Delivery Manager in Austin, TX, hybrid 2 days/week, to drive end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, CX, Revenue, and Operations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and to maintain transparency with leadership.

You will implement governance, track KPIs, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve risk mitigation, and accelerate value delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of delivery or program management for software products.
• Experience launching software products to market and post-launch feedback loop.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery process across all lifecycle phases.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Revenue, and Operations.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch tracking; manage sunset planning.
