Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction scope, bidding, and scheduling processes.
• Develop and manage project schedule with team input and Lean practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (owners, subs, design, vendors) and manage change requests.
• Prepare and review budgets, cost reports, and profitability analyses.
• Closeout projects using standard processes and ensure documentation quality.
