Job summary

JE Dunn Construction invites a seasoned Project Manager to join our Advanced Facilities Group. You will lead safety culture, oversee preconstruction activities, manage subcontracts, and drive Lean scheduling and cost control across complex industrial projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years CM experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, and strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination. On-site roles may require travel and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage prestart and subcontractor processes.
• Support preconstruction with takeoff, scope, bids, and scheduling.
• Lead buyout and subcontractor pricing analysis.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings and samples.
• Ensure timely project documentation and reporting.
• Develop and update project schedules with Lean practices.
• Manage budgets, costs and profitability.
