Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, part of the Advanced Facilities Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead core responsibilities across safety, preconstruction, and subcontracts for large Industrial & Manufacturing projects. You will coordinate with owners, designers, vendors and field teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety culture and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Coordinat es with subs, owner, design team and vendors on scope and schedule.
• Develops and updates project schedule; manages budget and procurement logs.
• Prepares change requests and facilitates meetings with stakeholders.
