Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is hiring an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team. You will support the Director of PM with client relationships, lead bid teams, and drive new revenue through proposals and contract renewals.

You will lead project management staff on infrastructure projects in corporate campuses and districts, manage financials and reporting, and develop opportunities with existing and new clients while ensuring high standards of delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in a project management role in construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and teams.
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management with client relationships and revenue growth.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management.
• Attend client interviews and present service offerings.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to staff, ensuring career growth.
• Manage project financials, forecasts and monthly reports.
