Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Site Lead Project Management to join our team in driving growth and profitability. You will support the Director of Project Management in client relationships, bids, and service delivery across infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include leading bid teams, interviewing candidates, coaching staff, and delivering weekly project updates. This role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and cross-functional leadership across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in a project management role in construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of PM in managing client relationships and driving new revenue.
• Lead bid teams and oversee proposal generation with senior management.
• Present service offerings at client interviews and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Track margins, forecasts, and financial reports; manage invoices and A/R.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote Turner & Townsend in the U.S.
