Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team. This role supports the Director of PM in driving growth and profitability through leadership, client management, and service delivery across infrastructure and related programs.

The position requires a minimum of 8 years in project management within construction, with strong client relationship experience and the ability to lead bid teams, manage staff, and deliver complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a project management role within construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and leading project teams.
• Strong knowledge of local construction markets and lifecycle of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of PM in growing the business and managing client relationships.
• Lead bid teams and drive proposal generation with senior management.
• Present offerings to clients during interviews and reviews.
• Mentor and coach project management staff to develop career growth.
• Monitor margins, forecasts, and financial reports using standard spreadsheets and tools.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and work with senior management to expand Turner & Townsend’s presence in the U.S.
• Prepare client presentations and collaborate to generate new business.
• Liaise with municipal authorities and oversee infrastructure project programs.
