Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• Graduate degree in related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving new revenue.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with leadership teams.
• Present service offerings at client interviews and events.
• Provide weekly project status updates and staffing reviews.
• Mentor and coaching for staff to foster career growth.
• Oversee financial tracking of margins, fees, and forecasts.
