Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team in the United States. The role supports client relationships, oversees project and program management across infrastructure initiatives, and leads bid and business development activities.

We expect a seasoned PM with strong leadership, communication skills, and experience driving revenue growth, managing teams, and delivering complex construction programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a construction-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
• Experience managing client accounts and leading teams.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of local construction market and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving new revenue through new work and renewals.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management.
• Attend client interviews to present our service offerings.
• Mentor and develop PM staff to achieve career growth objectives.
• Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives and staffing, highlighting issues where needed.
• Manage staff coaching and development to support professional growth.
• Oversee margins, forecasts and financial reporting for projects.
