Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to join our team and lead project delivery in expanding growth and profitability. You will work with senior leaders to drive revenue through new work, manage client relationships, and support staffing and performance across programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering with 8+ years in project management, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing client accounts effectively.
• Experience leading project managers and supporting staff.
• Relevant consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of local construction market.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of PM in driving growth and profitability.
• Lead bid teams and proposal generation with business generation and senior management.
• Attend client interviews to present our services.
• Support the Director of PM by interviewing prospective candidates.
• Provide weekly updates on project status, staffing, and issues.
• Mentor staff to achieve professional and career growth objectives.
• Manage margins, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
