Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 8+ years in a project management role within construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of PM in driving growth and profitability of the business unit.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management.
• Manage client relationships and drive new revenue and contract renewals.
• Provide weekly project and staffing updates and address issues.
• Mentor staff and manage project managers and support staff.
