CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to lead project delivery within a Business Unit, developing teams and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget execution. The role emphasizes selling opportunities, managing external relationships, and enforcing contract compliance.

You will oversee risk, quality, and financial performance while building a robust project pipeline and delivering outcomes aligned with CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project/Construction Management or related field is desirable.
• Technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical is desirable.
• Proven track record of safely delivering projects in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage risk and ensure health, safety and quality compliance.
• Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and bids.
• Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects and manage maintenance contracts.
• Develop bids, tenders and proposals and build strong client relationships.
• Report progress to management and participate in review meetings.
