Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to oversee a multi-portfolio business unit with strategic leadership and P&L responsibility. You will drive growth, governance, and staff development while fostering client relationships and delivering high-quality, compliant outcomes.

You will lead procurement, tender processes, and account reviews, ensuring value creation and steady performance across the BU. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Growth mindset and ability to develop staff and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technical or management areas.
• Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to recruit, develop and appraise staff.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and address issues clearly.
• Leadership to set and achieve targets across multiple departments.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the business unit with P&L responsibility.
• Drive safety culture and proactive behaviors to reduce harm.
• Formulate business and sales plans in response to market trends.
• Drive sustainable growth and monitor client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
• Develop long-term client relationships through in-person engagement.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reviews to leadership and customers.
• Ensure governance, controls, and compliant outcomes across operations.
• Coach staff and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee tender/bid development and resource planning.
• Manage procurement strategy and vendor controls for value.
• Lead succession planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
