Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned market or high-profile client accounts, guiding projects from initiation through completion. This role sits within the Project Management function and focuses on delivering value across complex real estate initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop charters, manage schedules, protect scope, and ensure on-time project delivery while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Ability to prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, required resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline.
