Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a major client in the Georgia region. The role focuses on reliability, KPI adherence, and safety, while partnering with client leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The SMM will mentor a team of Maintenance Managers, drive cost-effective budgeting, and optimize processes across the site network, fostering a safety-first culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• 4+ years with maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Proficient with financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Maintenance and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
• Ensure KPI compliance and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit site leaders.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service delivery.
