Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a premier corporate office portfolio, including a 500,000-square-foot campus. Based onsite at Sunrise, FL, you’ll oversee a small remote presence in Atlanta and Charlotte while delivering exceptional service, compliance, and budget management across all locations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience managing a multi-site commercial office portfolio.
• Experience supporting a high-profile corporate client in FPS sectors.
• FM certification is a plus (IFMA, BOMA, FMP, CFM).
• Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, forecasting, and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations for a 500,000 sq ft office portfolio, ensuring service delivery and performance across locations.
• Manage budgets, variance reporting, and capital projects with a focus on financial discipline.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination with technicians and contractors.
• Provide leadership and development for facilities staff, including coaching and performance management.
• Travel quarterly to Atlanta and Charlotte to ensure consistent service delivery.
