CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced property manager to lead a portfolio of commercial properties onsite in Atlanta, GA. You will coordinate tenant services, budgets, and lease administration while working with owners to meet financial and occupancy goals.

You will inspect properties, manage vendors, and prepare periodic reports. The role includes lease negotiations, rent collection, and supporting due diligence for sales, with strong focus on compliance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of property-related experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating tenant services and maintenance.
• Familiarity with lease administration and budgeting processes.

Responsabilités

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate staff to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage vendor services.
• Market and lease space; coordinate leases and renewals; manage move-ins/outs.
• Prepare owner reports and support annual operating and capital budgets.
• Collect rent and administer CAM charges; issue notices as required.
• Coordinate due diligence for property sales with external brokers.
• Build relationships through industry and civic involvement.
