Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC Industry, 15+ years desired.
• Certifications: PMP, AECPMA, DBIA.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRB team and owner through Business Case Alignment and Chartering Phases.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, procurement, and CQV activities.
• Oversee risk, quality, safety, and client relations.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and profitability.
