Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive in our EPC division to lead large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability while managing multi-disciplinary teams and critical client relationships.

The role requires advanced expertise in complex projects such as large BESS, substations, wind, DG, or utility-scale solar. Travel up to 100% and collaboration with Business Development are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, business admin or related field.
• 10+ years in project management or related role, EPC experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EPC projects.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and profitability across the portfolio.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develop preconstruction deliverables with Business Development.
• Implement project management processes, tools, and KPIs to improve outcomes.
