Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale EPC projects in renewable energy. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability, coordinating across civil, electrical, environmental, and SCADA scopes. A strategic leader will manage client relationships and drive preconstruction deliverables.

You will guide senior to junior PMs, implement PM processes, and ensure safety, quality, and performance across multiple projects. Travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite).
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• All-encompassing knowledge and management of all scopes required for renewable EPC construction: civil, fence, environmental, SWPPP, SPCC, mechanical, structural, substation, MV/LV, DC collections, BESS, SCADA.
• Provide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EPC projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors to foster collaboration.
• Partner with Business Development to prepare preconstruction deliverables.
• Oversee project management teams across project lifecycle, providing guidance and coaching.
• Develop and implement project management processes, systems, and tools.
