Rosendin is seeking a Project Executive for our EPC division to lead large-scale renewable energy projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and profitability. The role requires advanced experience in complex projects and fosters collaboration with Business Development to pursue new opportunities.

Travel up to 100% is expected, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The company offers ESOP, comprehensive benefits, and a growth-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in project management, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite.
• Business development/heavy client interaction is a plus.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EPC projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop and implement project management processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Monitor project performance, financial metrics and KPIs to optimize outcomes and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contractual obligations and safety standards.
