Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior-level leadership for large-scale EPC projects, including BESS, substations, wind, and utility-scale solar.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while driving safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management within EPC, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office).
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight on large-scale EPC projects within Rosendin's Renewable EPC division.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Division Manager to pursue opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Mentor and coach project management teams from APM to Sr. PM.
• Develop and implement project management processes, and monitor KPIs and budget performance.
