Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead large-scale EPC projects in Renewable energy. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and profitability while aligning with business development and divisional goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and drive process improvements to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within EPC.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EPC projects.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and implement project management processes, systems, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specs.
