Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an experienced Project Manager III – MPS Energy to lead complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive client satisfaction. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and change orders, with travel as needed.

You’ll work with internal teams and clients to deliver on-time, scoped outcomes while pursuing future opportunities within existing accounts. This is a high-visibility EPC project leadership position.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert level project management experience on large, complex programs.
• Excellent ability to review work orders and service agreements.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for customer project management matters.
• Review and understand work orders and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Navigate client relations across trusted accounts.
• Lead kickoff presentations to stakeholders of the fulfillment team.
• Anticipate concerns impacting timely delivery and customer needs.
• Foster new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics.
• Present program metrics for client reviews.
• Assist with challenging requests or escalations.
• Review CAC accounting and mentor junior staff.
