Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Controls Manager for its renewable energy EPC projects. You will lead cost control, financial reconciliation, and risk management across large projects, ensuring targets and quality standards from pre-construction to closeout.

The role emphasizes leading analysts, developing standards, and delivering weekly productivity reporting while handling cost allocations, budgets, and variances. Strong ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose issues from data.
• Technical cost control knowledge across project cost structures and back-charge workflows.
• Leadership experience managing a team of financial analysts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project controls analyst team and train on site operations.
• Develop expectations for field project controls personnel.
• Create a weekly productivity report for upper management.
• Solve complex financial and operational issues from analysis.
• Verify project cost codes and back charges across work orders.
• Reconcile budgets against actual spend continuously.
• Review CAC and variances before monthly meetings.
• Identify financial discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Update Estimate-at-Completion models with field data.
• Identify early financial and operational risks; evaluate change orders.
• Champion new governance and analytics initiatives as the portfolio grows.
