Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Executive in the EPC division for large-scale renewable projects. You will provide leadership across planning, execution, and delivery, handling budgets, timelines, and profitability while coordinating with clients, engineers, and suppliers.

You will mentor project teams, drive safety and quality, and partner with Business Development to secure opportunities. This role offers ESOP, strong benefits, and growth within a national leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in EPC context preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple EPC projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal groups.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop preconstruction deliverables with Business Development.
• Mentor and coach project management staff.
