The Project Executive will advance Commercial & Healthcare initiatives, managing complex projects from concept through commissioning while mentoring staff and engaging clients to meet end goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical depth in infrastructure design, and strong business development, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10-15+ years with hands-on technical engineering and PM experience in design-bid-build, construction, and/or engineering consulting.
• Solid engineering principles and standards understanding.
• Strong project management experience in commercial/institutional environments.
• Construction experience or field time.
• Experience leading infrastructure design/construction in education, municipal, hospital, life sciences, or pharma sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
• Strong business acumen and senior stakeholder engagement.
• BD/proposal development experience.
• Active participation in industry events and meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting complex information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Executive on larger projects or client engagements.
• Lead business development through proposals, client meetings, scoping opportunities, and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical excellence focusing on project development and management.
• Ensure clear, proactive communication and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage projects with KPI tracking and QA/QC contributions.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor others to develop staff.
• Drive project scope, feasibility, and funding understanding.
• Support on-site investigations and technical document reviews.
• Build project backlog through conferences, research, and BD meetings.
• Potentially act as Project Manager for seasoned assignments.
