KFI Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare and commercial facility projects, mentor staff, and drive business development. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure project delivery, and foster strong client relationships across markets.

The role requires extensive engineering leadership, knowledge of building systems, and the ability to navigate complex projects with cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering and project leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex facility projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership experience and ability to develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of building systems design and project delivery.

Aufgaben

• Oversee engineering and delivery of projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion with accountability.
• Allocate resources for workload balance and staff development.
• Define, scope, price, and align new opportunities with client needs.
• Support business development through proposals, networking, and client meetings.
• Lead and mentor Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Provide staff direction, performance reviews, and goal setting.
• Review invoices and ensure timely billing; travel to sites as needed.
