Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional engineering and project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex facility projects and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience; ability to lead Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Strong proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or related building systems design.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes, building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods.
• Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel.

• Oversee and participate in the engineering and delivery of projects to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives.
• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion with effective delegation and accountability.
• Allocate department resources to ensure utilization and employee development.

• Support business development through proposals, conferences, and client meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Designers, Engineers, Project Managers, and staff.
