Job summary

KFI Engineers in Cincinnati seeks a Project Executive to lead healthcare and commercial infrastructure initiatives from conception through delivery. You will partner with owners, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor project teams while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10–15+ years of delivery experience, and demonstrated business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and related field.
• Minimum 10–15+ years delivering design-build/engineer-contractor projects.
• Experience leading infrastructure design for healthcare, education, municipal or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Executive on large projects, interfacing with owners and project managers.
• Lead business development: scoping opportunities, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical and engineering excellence with focus on project development and delivery.
• Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• Track KPI’s, contribute to QA/QC, and mentor staff.
• Develop project scope, feasibility and funding plans with stakeholders.
