Job summary

KFI Engineers is seeking a Project Executive to advance the Commercial & Healthcare market growth in the Midwest. You will act as a trusted advisor to owners, manage complex infra projects, and mentor engineers and PMs across higher education, municipal, healthcare and life sciences spaces.

You will lead business development efforts, oversee project delivery from concept to commissioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining project scope

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
10-15+ years of hands-on technical engineering and project management experience in design-bid-build, construction, or engineer-consulting spaces.
Strong communication, leadership and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as Project Executive on large projects or multiple projects with clients.
Oversee business development: input to proposals, client meetings, scoping opportunities and contract negotiations.
Provide technical and engineering excellence focused on project development and management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by clear communication of expectations and outcomes.
Lead project planning, KPI tracking, QA/QC and team mentorship.
