Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure design and construction for education, municipal and healthcare facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Executive on larger projects or with multiple consecutive projects and engage with clients.
• Lead business development activities: proposals, client meetings, scoping opportunities, and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical and engineering leadership focused on project development and management for delivery to clients.
• Ensure clear communication of project expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage projects with KPI tracking and contribute to QA/QC.
• Collaborate within a team environment and mentor staff as needed.
• Identify opportunities to diversify clients and markets in line with department goals.
• Develop project scope, feasibility, and funding considerations; support on-site investigations and document reviews.
• Attend conferences and meetings to build the project backlog and opportunities.
