KFI Engineers is seeking a Project Executive to lead Healthcare and Commercial projects in the Midwest. This senior role emphasizes client advocacy, project development, and strategic engagement with owners and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring 10–15+ years of combined engineering and project management experience, with strong communication and leadership to drive complex infrastructure initiatives. Expect travel and a high-collaboration environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10-15+ years with hands-on technical engineering and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and standards.
• Experience leading infrastructure design and construction projects in education, healthcare, municipal, or life sciences.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Project Executive on larger projects or with multiple consecutive projects.
• Lead business development: input to proposals, meetings with customers, scoping opportunities, negotiating contracts.
• Provide technical and engineering excellence with a focus on project development and management.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by clearly communicating expectations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage projects with KPI tracking and QA/QC contributions.
• Mentor staff and support growth and development.
• Develop project scope, feasibility, and funding requirements; support on-site reviews.
