Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering and project controls on heavy civil highway and bridge projects across Florida.

You will support the PM and field teams on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of civil construction experience, a BS in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management preferred), and proficiency with Primavera P6, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of civil construction experience.
• BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Eng & Mgmt emphasis preferred.
• FDOT project experience and HeavyJob experience are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review contract and specs in full.
• Support PM and Superintendent on daily needs.
• Prepare and update project schedules (Primavera P6).
• Track quantities, costs, and forecasts; manage change orders.
