Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of civil construction experience in office and field.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple activities on heavy civil projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Excel and Word; FDOT project experience is a plus.
• Based in the Tampa Bay area or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Review the contract and specifications in their entirety.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on day-to-day needs.
• Prepare and update the project schedule in Primavera P6.
• Track quantities, costs and forecasting.
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors, including change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and crews to resolve field conflicts.
• Support monthly billing, cash flow projections and change order processing.
• Run document control for submittals and contract documents.
• Review HeavyJob daily reports for accuracy.
• Keep NPDES permits, SWPPP, inspections and survey data on track.
