Job summary

eTeam in California is seeking a Documentation Control Specialist to lead the project documentation lifecycle on large CAPEX pharma projects. You will set up the documentation management process and align with internal procedures.

You will manage electronic and hard copy submissions from External Engineering, Construction and Vendor teams, ensure proper numbering, filing and retrieval, and maintain the deliverables list under the RACI framework.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control.
• Pharma industry and large-scale projects preferred.
• IT skills are a plus and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up the documentation management process aligned with internal procedures.
• Control electronic and hard copy documentation from external teams for proper numbering, filling and retrieval.
• Ensure project documentation adheres to the RACI Matrix.
• Keep the deliverables list up to date and implement changes as needed.
• Archive project documentation (hard copies and digital).
• Report on documentation progress and escalate as required.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all project documentation topics.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering Project Controlling.
• Perform other document management duties as assigned.
