Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- seeks a Document Controller to establish and manage the project documentation process in alignment with client procedures. You will control electronic and hard copy deliverables from Client, External Engineering, Construction, and Vendor teams, ensuring proper numbering, filing, and retrieval.

You will monitor documentation submission against the RACI matrix, keep deliverables lists up to date, report progress, and support internal audits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control, preferably in Pharma and on large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up documentation management process on the project per Client procedures.
• Control electronic and hard copy documentation submitted by Client, External Engineering, Construction and Vendor teams for proper numbering, filing and retrieval.
