Zusammenfassung

Aequor is seeking an experienced Documentation Manager to set up and manage CAPEX documentation on a large project in California. You will control electronic and hard-copy documents from external teams, ensure proper numbering and filing, and align with the RACI matrix.

You will archive deliverables, report progress, and coordinate with Global Engineering Project Controlling. Strong analytical skills and independence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control, preferably in pharma.
• Excellent English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with project documentation processes and RACI.

Aufgaben

• Set up the documentation management process aligned with internal procedures.
• Control electronic and hard copy documents from external teams for proper numbering, filing, and retrieval.
• Ensure documentation submission follows the RACI matrix.
• Maintain and update the project deliverables list and manage changes.
• Archive project documentation (digital and hard copies).
• Report progress and escalate issues.
• Serve as first point of contact for documentation topics.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering Project Controlling.
• Perform other document management duties as assigned.

Summary:

• Is responsible for setting up the documentation management process on the project, in alignment with the internal procedures
• Is controlling the electronic and hard copy documentation submitted by , External Engineering, Construction and Vendor teams for adherence to the numbering, filling and retrieval principles set up on the project
• Is controlling the project documentation is being submitted according to the RACI Matrix defined on the project
• Is responsible for keeping the project deliverables list up to date and operates any changes required by the project team
• Is responsible for archiving of project documentation (hard copies and digital files)
• Reports on documentation progress and escalation
• First point of contact for any project documentation topics within the team
• Supports and collaborates with Global Engineering Project Controlling
• Perform other document management duties as assigned.
• 5-10 years of experience in CAPEX/document control, preferable in Pharma and on large scale projects.
• IT skills are a plus, should learn quick and be comfortable with different software tools.
• Language: Excellent command of English, Other Languages advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
