Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marine/O&G project environments preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with document management systems and project information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control and project information management activities.
• Supervise and mentor Document Controllers and Project Services staff.
• Maintain project documentation control, records, transmittals, and MDRs.
• Coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, operations, QA, and project teams.
• Attend meetings and maintain related records and turnover docs.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in document management.
