Job summary

Subsea 7 in Houston, Texas, has an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller within the Supply Chain Management Team. The role supports the Document Control Discipline Lead/Team Leader in maintaining consistent documentation control across projects.

You will act as the focal point for project documentation, ensuring an audit trail and timely processing within ProArc, BMS, and PM7 environments, with opportunities to contribute to system improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant previous experience in document control or similar environments.
• Experience with project documentation and control procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive Document Control System as required to meet project requirements.
• Be the focal point for all project documentation, accounting for all documents received and transmitted.
• Familiarize with and comply with Company’s Document Control system (ProArc), BMS, and PM7.
• Participate in initiatives to improve Document Control systems and procedures.
• Manage the flow of technical documentation and supplier in projects, ensuring timely production, collated comments, filed records, and a full audit trail.
