Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or finance.
• 12–15 years of progressive project controls experience in engineering, construction, energy, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a project leadership context.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project controls across the portfolio, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to drive cost, schedule, and performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain proactive forecasting culture and performance analytics across the region.
• Coach and develop regional project controls leaders, fostering ownership and accountable project leadership.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and governance for project controls delivery.
• Communicate regional performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
