ENFRA seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to act as the primary controls partner for Delivery Vice Presidents, overseeing cost, scheduling, risk, and reporting across the assigned project portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related project delivery functions.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating Project Controls across multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and margin awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls point of contact and business partner for an assigned Delivery Vice President; drive project reviews and portfolio reviews with objective data.
• Partner with Project Executives, Project Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Controls personnel to translate plans into executable cost, schedule, risk, and resource strategies.
• Support the Project Controls Director in aligning resources to the portfolio and integrating those resources into project leadership teams.
• Lead Phase 3 through Commercial Close activities including schedule/baseline development, WBS, and execution plans aligned with enterprise standards.
• Escalate portfolio risks, forecast concerns, schedule threats, and change exposure to leadership and drive corrective actions.
