Jacobs is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional for an on-site, multi-site assignment across Spartanburg, SC; Baton Rouge, LA; Corpus Christi, TX; and other U.S. locations.

The role focuses on cost control, progress tracking, and collaboration with construction teams and vendors to deliver accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls with focus on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay applications.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements: budget updates, scope changes, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and advise project managers on corrective actions.
• Review contractor pay applications for contractual compliance.
• Track and report construction progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate with contractors to collect and upload weekly progress data into project systems.
