You will lead cost control, forecasting, and progress tracking, coordinating with construction teams and vendors to ensure accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 15+ years in project controls, EVMS experience, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, or finance.
• Minimum 15 years of project controls experience with cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay applications.
• Experience with EVMS and on-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements: budgets, scope changes, expenditures and forecasts.
• Maintain data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze cost performance and advise project managers.
• Review contractor pay applications for compliance with contracts.
• Track construction progress using EVM and coordinate weekly data uploads.
