Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional to support an ongoing site-based assignment in Spartanburg, SC, Baton Rouge, LA, or Corpus Christi, TX, and future on-site projects across the U.S. The role focuses on cost control, EVM, forecasting, and collaboration with construction teams and vendors.

You will lead cost tracking, manage budgets, change tracking, forecast reporting, and data integrity in project systems. Travel to on-site sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project controls with focus on cost management and field operations.
• Experience with EVMS and construction contracts/pay applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements: budget updates, scope changes, expenditure and forecast reporting.
• Maintain data in cost control systems and tools, analyze performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications per contract terms.
• Track construction progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate weekly progress data uploads with contractors.
