You will lead cost forecasting, manage budgets, track progress, review pay apps, and ensure accurate data in project systems. Travel is required; EVMS experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project controls with focus on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay applications.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage cost control elements: budget development, scope change tracking, expenditure and forecast reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications per contract terms.
• Track construction progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) and coordinate weekly data uploads.
