Jacobs in the United States is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional for a site-based assignment across Spartanburg SC, Baton Rouge LA, and Corpus Christi TX with future on-site work across the U.S. You will lead cost control, forecasting, and reporting with EVMS, coordinating with construction teams and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15 years in project controls, plus travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of project controls experience with cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay applications.
• Experience with EVMS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel on-site nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements including budgets, scope changes, and expenditure forecasting.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and advise corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications per contract terms.
• Track construction progress using Earned Value Management.
• Coordinate with contractors to collect weekly progress data.
